You can choose between a refund or exchange when item(s) is faulty, wrongly described, or not as per ordered.

Please retain your receipt/tax invoice for proof of purchase.


Our Exchange Policy:

You may exchange most new, unopened, unworn items sold through Darlene Zschech's Resource Store.

The item(s) must be returned in new, unused condition and in the original packaging to obtain an exchange (minus any shipping charges). We will not accept item(s) returned otherwise. Additional delivery charges may apply in some circumstances.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless the item(s) is faulty or not as per ordered.
